Facility Management

Typically, a recreational organization coordinates and oversees the utilization of several physical resources used in the delivery of their programs and services.  It can be daunting to allocate the physical resources not only to satisfy the program needs but also to ensure maximum utilization in terms of revenue per square foot and number of participants per unit.  Besides solving contention problems due to normal programming, random bookings also need to be factored in.

In essence, these are the primary issues that will be addressed by the Facility Management system which is currently under study/development.
